A. If you NOT open the product body or NOT did any damage on the product appearance.
If you not open the product body or not did any damage on the product appearance. You can ask for refund or ask for replace.
1. If new and refurbished quality, within 30days from the product receiving date. We can refund you within 1 week from the date we received the problem product.
2. If used quality, within 30days from the product receiving date. We can refund you within 1 week from the date we received the problem product.
B. If you had OPENED the product or did any DAMAGE on the product appearance.
If you had opened the product or did any damage on the product appearance. We no more can offer any refund or replace.
1. You can repair locally at your cost.
2. Send the problem product back to us for FREE repairing at your shipping cost.
3. Negotiate the compensation with our prouct manager or shipping manager.
